Terms of Use — Lifestyle Design Tribe by Jay Costa

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LDTribe.com ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@ldtribe.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant LDTribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post spam, hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without written permission
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property of others
• Promote or sell products/services without prior written approval

6. Intellectual Property

All original content created by LDTribe — including course materials, design, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of Jay Costa / LDTribe. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Courses and Purchases

Course access is granted to the purchasing account only and may not be shared or resold. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.

8. Moderation and Termination

We reserve the right to remove any User Content and to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and content on the platform does not constitute professional financial, legal, or medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LDTribe and Jay Costa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
